Regular participants	400 EUR
Postgraduate students (please send a copy of your student card)	300 EUR
Undergraduate students (please send a copy of your student card)	150 EUR
Accompanying persons	150 EUR

The regular fee covers:

• issuing a visa invitation through the Immigration Office
• conference kit
• printed and electronic conference materials
• coffee-breaks
• banquet

 
The accompanying person fee covers:

• issuing a visa invitation through the Immigrations Office
• banquet

We arrange a special visiting program for accompanying persons that includes:

• tour to Moscow Kremlin and the Armory Chamber
• tour to the National Museum of Russian Fine Art, the State Tretiakov Gallery
• tour to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior

Registration fees are payable either online using Visa or EuroCard/MasterCard systems or by ordinary wire banking transfer.

Secure credit card payments are accepted at www.conferencecenter.ru/e-store/molphy.

Payment instructions:

• Choose the registration fee type (participant) and press «Add to cart».
• When you are ready to check out, open your shopping cart and press the «Check out» button.
• If not registered, please fill in the registration form and press «Continue ordering».
• Fill in your data. Required fields are marked with «*». Press «Continue».
• Choose the desired delivery method (no shipping or mail delivery). Press «Continue».
• Now you can see your order. If confirmed, press «Confirm order».
• You will get to our bank credit card payment system. Fill in the form and press «Pay». All online payments are processed through the secure electronic payment system of the Raiffeisen Bank. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Please note that in Russia all payments are processed in Roubles (RUB). Before the transaction is billed you will be presented an invoice in RUB that already includes the Raiffeisen Bank online payment processing charge and the EUR-to-RUB exchange gap (about 5%) extra to the payable fee. It does not include possible fees (if any) of your card issuer.

If you choose to pay by ordinary wire banking transfer, you can request an invoice from the local organizing committee by email or fax/phone +7-495-9397185. Upon request, you will receive any necessary accounting papers with your personal conference folder.

Foreign participants may need to obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation. Please consult the Visas section.
