Visas

Foreign participants may need to obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation. The Committee will provide you with the visa support documents (an official letter of invitation) through the University External Relations Office if you indicate so during your registration. 

Please note that due to the invitation processing time, your request should reach the Committee by 01 August for residents of the EU, and no later than 15 July for other countries. 

To obtain your visa, please always adhere to the official procedures declared by a Russian embassy or consulate in your region. The list of Russian diplomatic authorities is available here: www.mid.ru/zu_r.nsf/strawebeng. Please note that your passport must be valid for at least another six months since the last date of your stay.
