Scope

The conference will cover a range of topics.

Major focus:

• evolutionary genomics;
• molecular phylogenetics and systematics;
• interface between molecular and phenosystematics;
• phylogeny of particular taxa and development of natural classification systems;
• models and algorithms of reconstructing phylogenies and molecular dating;
• applied phylogenetics: genotyping and barcoding of biological objects, molecular anthropology, molecular epidemiology, forensic science, etc.;
• molecular ecology;
• molecular biodiversity and biogeography.

Some of the hot subjects will be covered in lectures by the invited speakers.
